At OPT Telescopes, we want to ensure your journey through the cosmos is supported by the right gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your eligible equipment within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Contact our expert support team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your telescope or accessory.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Equipment

  Carefully repackage the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, eyepieces, counterweights, and protective caps to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Securely attach the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible to prevent processing delays at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned optics and electronics, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
